Origin Story:
From a young age, I have been captivated by the enchanting world of music. The pulsating rhythms, soul-stirring melodies, and emotional lyrics have always resonated deep within me. As I grew older, my passion for music evolved into a burning desire to drive the industry forward, exploring uncharted territories and forging new connections. I wasn’t satisfied with the music that I was listening to. Pop music just wasn’t cutting it for me when I got to around 9 or so. I just needed to relate to some edgier music and that eventually evolved into me needing to relate to vibey music with edge but complexity and offer something new that I haven’t heard yet. I love complex music and I sought out to combine my classical music training with the modern world of digital music!
Mission Statement:
Through my unwavering work ethic and musical passion, I am determined to unlock the true potential of sound by propelling the industry forward by harnessing meaningful connections and innovative sound techniques. I will unite some of the most creative and bright souls of the world to create a product that can bring the entire world together with positive energy. With each step forward, my musical odyssey will undoubtedly evolve, but it will always be filled with the power of sound, creativity, and exploration.
Musical Experimentation:
Just as a painter experiments with colors and textures, I experiment with gear. Tinkering with guitar pedals, diving into to countless parameters that evolve and change to make weaving and intricate melodies, using binaural beats and sacred frequencies, unleashing the power of my voice through heartfelt songs, these are all the things I do that leads my creative process to a hands-on-approach. This way of creating music isn’t anything new, it’s been done before, people unlock endless possibilities and push the boundaries of sound design forward every day. But I take these boundaries that have been pushed, and I see how I can mold them into a harmonious track that makes people feel something. Without tying together these ideas into a song that slaps, it’s all just noise. The experimenting is only so I can have one-off magical moments that create unique sounds and then I take those sounds and harness their individuality to inspire our own individuality.
Expanding My Horizons:
One of my favorite endeavors is curating an ever-growing music library, meticulously selecting tracks that embody the essence of emotional storytelling. By expanding my collection, I ensure that a plethora of unique and diverse songs are readily available for potential sync placements in films and video games, and long set lists for when I throw shows. It is through these sync opportunities that I aim to bring music to life, evoking more emotions and enhancing the overall experience of content consumption. Then with a following and some financial support, I’d throw shows that take everyone on a journey through this vast Dossas music library. We’d explore every corner of life together and leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. I’d blend both worlds of live performance with electronic music. I’d take the best of the DJ world and combine it with the best of the Live Music world. I want to see a dance party unfold with all sorts of people coming together over their love of having a good time, feeling their emotions, and living their lives to the fullest.
